Ministers from the Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland – and from Kosovo, signed a Joint Declaration on Cooperation (JDC) on 23 November 2018 in Geneva, Switzerland.
